Module one focuses on your personal well-being and professional development. You will delve into the significance of effective time management and its direct impact on your teaching journey while prioritising your own well-being and development.
Module Two: Strategies for Managing Your Time
In module two you will learn to prioritise tasks, set achievable goals, and efficiently allocate time through techniques like time blocking and task lists
Module Three: Delegating for Better Time Management
Module three looks at the art of delegation. Helen introduces the pneumonic DELEGATE to help you think about how to designate, explain, leave, establish, grant, assign, track and evaluate your workload.
