Early Career Teachers – Setting High Expectations

This course is designed to provide Early Career teachers with an understanding of what setting high expectations means. We will take a look at the early career framework and what that tells us about setting high expectations and how we translate some of that into reality in the classroom. This course will explore the “learning what” element and the “learning how” element of the early career framework with an effort to unpack what it means both theoretically and practically.
